I am a creative marketing professional with 15+ years of experience building brands, engaging audiences, and driving results. Currently serving as Talent Attraction Manager at Family Dollar, I lead recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy from the ground up, managing everything from agency relationships and creative design to social media and cutting edge talent technology.

I specialize in making people stop, look, and say yes — whether that is a candidate exploring a career page, a viewer watching a social media video, or a scrolling professional who just found their next opportunity.
